She is survived by: her husband Charles Ruggles; her daughter Melissa Kilpatrick (David Kinker); her siblings, Brian Bell, Tommy Bell, Jeanne Jordan, Clara Shaffer, Vickie Moore, Cindy Floyd and Jessie Cobb; and her grandchildren, Austin Kilpatrick, Noah Kilpatrick, Charleigh Ann Kilpatrick and Austin Kinker.
