She is survived by: her children, Jim Colvin of Granger, IN and Leah Kochendoerfer (Tim) of Morehead, KY.; her grandchildren, Carter, Braxton, Anderson, MiaBella, Haven and Sage; and her caregivers, Becky Jones, Alisa Crouch, Theresa Burton, Amanda Ferguson, Sierra Ferguson, Jennifer Burroughs and Shayla Hall. She is also survived by her family and friends.
