He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dan Arn and Judy Preston. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ward Arn; his daughters, Shannon Whitis (Michael) of Franklin Furnace, Amanda Stover (Stephen) of South Point and Sarah Bartram (Cody) of Ashland, KY; his stepdaughters, Angela Shiplett (Todd) of Clarksburg and Janice Cartee of Minford; his brother-in-law Bill Preston of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Hayden Whitis, Morgan Whitis, Clara Stover, Callan Stover, Norah Bartram, Caden Cornes and Jacob Shiplett.
