He is survived by: his children, Tara Otworth and Ronald Otworth (Sara); his brother James Moose Otworth; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Russell, Bobbi-Leigh Johnson, Jessi Johnson, Gunnar Lee Otworth and Raylan Cash Otworth.
