He was predeceased by: his father Millard Baldwin of Franklin Furnace, Ohio.; and his grandparents, Wayne, Beatrice Ferguson, William and Evelyn Baldwin.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Jane Baldwin (Ferguson) of Franklin Furnace; his son Jacob Baldwin of Franklin Furnace; his siblings, Millard Baldwin, Jr. of Hillsboro and Adrian Moore of Franklin Furnace; his niece Allie Whisner (Matt) of Batavia; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma, Charlotte Whisner, Bently and Mason Whisner. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and family.
