He is survived by: his wife Helen Stevens Skaggs; his children, Jason Skaggs, Stephanie Woodrow (Dwayne), Stacy McCallister and Selina Culver (Randy); his siblings, Samuel Skaggs, William Skaggs, Helen Williams, Carolyn Ruggles, Bonnie McKenzie, Karen Bailey and Debbie Horner; and his grandchildren, Justin Woodrow, Jozi Murphy (Jeffery), Kevin McCallister, Kyler McCallister, Madison Culver, Raiden Culver, MaKenna Skaggs and Khloe Skaggs.
