He is survived by: his parents, Robert Parlin and Nancy Parlin; his fiancée Jessica Borders of Franklin Furnace; his son Justin Jenkins of Portsmouth; his stepson Anthony Stapleton of Franklin Furnace; his daughter Kendra Jenkins of Portsmouth; his stepdaughters, Savanna Stapleton of Franklin Furnace and Breana Stapleton of Franklin Furnace; and his siblings, Bobbie, Tracy, Jeremy and Brandy.
