He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Edward and Glenda Burgess; his fiancé Tracy Johnson; and his aunts, Gloria Vice and Midge Feazel (Larry).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (315 W Plane St, Bethel, OH 45106). A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (8500 Gallia Pike, Franklin Furnace, OH 45629).
