He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Purtee, Sr. and Ruth Wiley Purtee; his brother Donald Holland; and his great grandchild Maddox Lore. He is survived by: his wife Linda Adkins Purtee; his daughters, Marcia Shumate (Mitchell) of Jackson and Melanie Purtee of Portsmouth; his stepchildren, Scott Copas (Jessica) of Wheelersburg and Dena Martin of Wheelersburg; his siblings, Dallas Purtee, Jr. (Theresa) of Wheelersburg, June Darby (James) of Florida, Opal Mustain (Jerry) of Minford and Vanessa Souders (Brad) of Minford; and his grandchildren, Storm, Ashton, Natalie, Kristin, Kelli, Kira and Ethan. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
