She is survived by: her friend Portsmouth; her husband Larry R. Rowe; her daughters, Twila Dicks (Fred), Lawana Patterson (Gabe) and Vonda Bergan; her grandchildren, Gage Patterson (Steffany), Kelsea Hube (Dustin), Jacob Patterson (Madison), Makenna Patterson, Jase Patterson (Maggie), Kasey Doerr (Taylor), Garrett Dicks, Kinley Encina (Cristóbal), Mallory Bergan and Titus Patterson; her great grandchildren, Claire, Elias Hube, Quinn, Camilla, Roslyn Patterson, Maddox, Decker Patterson, Emilia Encina and Baby Doerr; her siblings, Carolyn Pelphrey, Loretta King (Jim), Lana Carr (Greg), Roger Mathis, Tom Mathis (Bev) and Elbie Mathis (Maxine); her siblings-in-law, Dick Rowe (Sharon) and Doris Mathis; her son-in-law Tom Bergan; and her siblings-in-law, Tom Pelphrey and Lacy Louise Mathis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harrison Pyles Funeral Home (11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (8580 Gallia Pike, Franklin Furnace, OH 45629).
