He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Miller and Beulah Gollihue Miller; and his siblings, Eugene, Jack, Wayne, Nick Miller and Joyce Craig.

He is survived by: his siblings, David, Judy Daugherty, Rosalee Mullins, Paulette Boggs and Dawn Thompson.
