She is survived by: her husband George William Blankenship; her children, Johnny Ray, Rickey Monroe, Spencer K., Matt, Anna Marie Stiles and Deanna Shoemaker; and her siblings, William, Isaac Stapleton and Phyllis Roach. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
