She is survived by: her parent Viola Stormes Matney; her daughters, Debbie Blevins (Randy) of Wheelersburg and Terry Phipps (Roger) of Heath; her brother Charles "Bud" Matney; and her grandchildren, Jeanette McCoy, Angie Adkins, Lisa Blevins, Mathew Rhoden, Chris Rhoden and Crystal Rhoden.
