She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Arthur and Louise Arthur (Fain); her husband John R. Patrick; her sons, Edgar and Edward Patrick; her siblings, Faye Holbrook (Ralph), Doris Blanton (Jimmy), Alma Gereline Riffitt (Richard), Wilma Castle (William), Bethany Holbrook and Harold Arthur; and her siblings-in-law, Josephine Scutchfield, Georgia Hanshaw, Dorothy Daniels (Curtis), Jack Patrick (Phyllis), Harold Patrick, Jim Patrick (Mona), Jack Gentry and Bill Carter.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Patrick (Bonnie) of Franklin Furnace, Deanna Pennington (Don) of Franklin Furnace, Jonda Otworth (Dwight) of Franklin Furnace and Vickie Patrick (Mark Aliff) of Franklin Furnace; her grandchildren, Tracy Halleck (Allen), Heather Simon (Kyle), Trenton Otworth (Chandler Brown), Trever Otworth (Brooklynn), Travis Otworth (Claire), Traye Otworth and Troy Otworth; her great grandchildren, Londyn, Presleigh, Sairah, Casen, Jade, Emersyn and Stetson; her siblings, Tony Arthur (Darlene) of Ashland, Kentucky and Daphne Gentry (Tim Holbrook) of Kitts Hill, Ohio; and her siblings-in-law, Dallas Holbrook of Kitts HIll, Trudy Carter of Ashland and Jeanie Patrick of Ashland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
