It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lana Nadine Frazier of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on May 8, 2022, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Paul Hoffman; and her brother Dale Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Frazier; her daughters, Tiara Otworth (Kyle) and Elisha Gilpin (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Lilly Otworth, Kaesen Otworth, Ella Otworth and Holden Gilpin.
