He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nova Jane Hall Otworth and Henry Andrew Otworth; his wife Hazel; his sons, Randy and Russell (Lisa Timberlake); his siblings, Jean Otworth Pierce and William Andrew Otworth; his granddaughter Jessica Dawn Stafford; his son Hunter (Kirsten Keizer); his grandchild Paisley; his children, Colton, Olivia and Keith Andrew Jr. (Kayla Mays); his grandchildren, Wade, Cheyenne, Joey Erwin and Erica Burton (JD); his great grandchildren, Tatum, Olivia and Briar; and his sisters, Frances Otworth Shepherd, Henrietta Otworth Salyers and Diane Otworth Derifield.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jesse's name to SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth.
