He is survived by: his children, Tim Stamper (Leslie) of Minford, Ohio and Rebecca Gustin of Ironton; and his sisters, Linda Daniels of Highland Heights, KY and Faye Tyo of Ironton. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
