It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Kelley of Franklin Furnace, Ohio, born in Ironton, Ohio, who passed away on April 23, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Rachel Kelley of Pedro, OH.; his siblings, Gary, Ted, Danny, Roger Kelley, Rita Layne, Daisy Stamper and Charlie Kelley; his daughters, Rachel Kelley of Franklin Furnace and Hannah Frazier (Kelley); his son-in-law Casey Frazier of Franklin Furnace; and his granddaughter Raegen Kelley. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
