He was predeceased by: his brother Earl. He is survived by: his parents, James W Webb and Carol Webb (Viars); his wife Jeana; his stepson Nathan Weigand; his siblings, Peggy Dingus (Tony) of South Webster, Danny Webb and Sharon Otworth of Franklin Furnace; and his nieces and nephews, Tabitha Otworth of Wheelersburg, Whitni of Franklin Furnace, Josh Otworth of Franklin Furnace, Earl II of Franklin Furnace, Eli of Franklin Furnace and Joe Webb of Franklin Furnace.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to either the Green High School Alumni tradesman scholarship fund or to Community Hospice of Ashland, KY.
