It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Faye Hammonds (Franklin Furnace, Ohio), who passed away on July 17, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Stapleton and Martha Jane Prince Stapleton; her sons, Larry and Roger Stevens; and her son-in-law Raymond Skaggs.
She is survived by: her husband Harold "Bud" Hammonds; her children, Joe Stevens (Annie), Linda Dyer and Helen Skaggs; and her siblings, Earl Stapleton, Ethel Strunk and Lucille Sparks. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren.
