She was predeceased by: her parents, Ebert Williams and Julia Bobst Williams; her husband William "Bill" Ottney; and her brothers, Ebert Williams, Jr., Edward Williams and Earl Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Allen (Chris) of Wheelersburg; her brothers, Ernest Williams of New Boston and Willard Williams (Dianne) of Dayton; her granddaughters, Julie Dadosky (Jesse), Sarah Allen and Rachel Rawlings (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Jae, Joey, Brycen, Quinton and Hannah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wheelersburg Athletic Association or the SOMC Hospice Center.
