He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Johnson and Maudie Johnson (Porter); his wife Mary Stapleton; and his son Paul Michael. He is survived by: his pets, Blackie, Buddy and Lady; his children, Richard Johnson (Terri Sue) of Tulsa, OK, Bobby Johnson (Marietta) of Franklin Furnace, Diana Hineman of Franklin Furnace and Pamela Lute (Steve) of McDermott; and his siblings, Columbus Johnson of Dayton and Stella Green of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
