He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Parker and Emma Schoonover Parker; his sisters, Jane McQuiniff (Joe), Ann Moehring (Ralph) and Phyllis Nance (Pete); his brother-in-law Phillip Schenk; and his nephew George McQuiniff.
He is survived by: his daughters, Leslie Gilmore and Gwyn Parker; his grandchildren, Autumn Parker and Andrew Shoemaker; his great grandchildren, Liam Lee of North Carolina and Madison Lee of North Carolina; his siblings, Evelyn DeWitt (Kenneth), Sue Schenk, Neil Parker (Vicky) and Scott Parker (Michele); and his nephew Jeff Lapp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
