He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Johnson (Morrison); his children, Thomas David "Butch" Johnson, Jr. (Kimberly), Jay Wayne Johnson (Jennifer Lynn), Julie Annette Johnson and Jennifer Gail Stamper (Bobby); his grandchildren, David Johnson, Jessica Carroll (Justin), Lisa Carsey (Isaac), Garrett Johnson, McKenzie Dewse (KJ), Richard Goshen, Moriah Goshen, Kayla Goshen, Brendan Goshen, Victoria Stamper, Christian Walker (Sarah), Robert Stamper (Rebeccah), Eva Stamper and Gabriella Stamper; his great grandchildren, Andrea, Dylan, Jerry, Jay, Joannie, Dottie, Micah, Autumn, Kieran, Ellie, James, Avery, Azalea and Silas; and his siblings, Charles Johnson, Joanna Bennett, Sharon Bayless and Terry Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
