Hyer Spetnagel of Frankfort, Ohio, born in Greenfield, Ohio, who passed away on April 11, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean T. Hyer and Gari L. Norton Hyer. She is survived by: her husband David Spetnagel; her daughter Lauren P. Spetnagel of Lexington, KY; her mother-in-law Eileen Spetnagel of Chillicothe; and her siblings, Evalena L. Stotridge of Chillicothe and Thomas N. Hyer of Frankfort.
