He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen Jeffers and Lucille Siren. He is survived by: his wife Linda Joyce Robbins; his children, Lisa Jeffers of Frankfort, Samuel Jeffers Jr. of Chillicothe and Kenneth Jeffers (Ethel) of Chillicothe; and his siblings, Norma Maher of Wilmington, Geraldine Jeffers of Maysville, KY, Donald Jeffers (Pam) of Newtonsville, OH, David Jeffers of Newtonsville, OH, Joe Jeffers (Linda) of Newtonsville, OH and James Jeffers Sr. of Marathon, OH. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
