She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Higginbotham and Bernice Cottrill Higginbotham; her son Wyatt Corey, Jr.; her siblings, Diane Smith (Dean), Dixie Harvey, Emmanuel Higginbotham (Irene) and Ted Higginbotham (Marvene); her brother-in-law Tom Smith; her nephews, Billy Jo Corey, Kelly Corey and Corey Smith; and her niece Carol Harvey.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Corey (Asheley) of Greenfield, Sally Hice (Shawn) of Frankfort and Amy Corey of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Christopher Hedges, Jr., Bernice Corey, Paige Hedges and Leland Corey; her great grandchild Carson Hedges; and her siblings, Susan Smith of Frankfort, Beverly Higginbotham of Frankfort and Johnny Higginbotham of Frankfort. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
