It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael E. Hibbler of Frankfort, Ohio, born in Londonderry, Ohio, who passed away on November 23, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hibbler and Thelma Walter Hibbler; and his sister Kay Bobb. He is survived by: his wife Valrey L. Thomas; his daughter Melissa Posey (Tom) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Courtney Posey and Josh Posey (Cheyenne); and his great grandchildren, Jerryn Posey and Parker Posey.
