He was predeceased by: his parents, Hezzy Hatfield and Audrey Jackson Hatfield; and his siblings, Wallace Hatfield and Patsy Nelson. He is survived by: his siblings, Inez Lewis (Howard) of Dayton, Sheila Hatfield Moore of Frankfort, Pam Wingo of Chillicothe, Shirley Hatfield of Toledo, Sharon Perkins of Chillicothe and Paul Hatfield of Toledo; and his close friends, Frank Harris and Retha Simmons Jones. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
