Butcher Bick; his daughter Johnna Bick; his grandchildren, Kylan Knapp, Andrew and Nick Bick; his siblings, Leanord Bick (Barb), Marva Fleak (Larry) and Dennis Bick (Kim); and his nephew Wes Fleak. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
