He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fleming; his siblings, David Skaggs of Chillicothe, Lou Skaggs (Ann) of Chillicothe, Kenneth Skaggs (Jenny Seymour) of Chillicothe, Wayne Skaggs (Dianna) of Chillicothe, Maxine Cochenour (Calvin) of Bartow, FL, Nancy Rhodes (Dale) of Gulfport, MS and Joy Martin (Bryan) of Chillicothe; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
