She is survived by: her son Roger Ragland, Jr. (Shelley) of Chillicothe; and her siblings, Pat Harris (Frank) of Frankfort, Elmer Payne of Oakland, CA, William Payne of Pataskala and Roger Payne of Greenfield. She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
