She was predeceased by: her parents, Boonie F. Williams and Idabelle Brooks Williams; and her sister Dorothy "Cookie" Richroath. She is survived by: her children, Susan Lynn Newman of Frankfort and Bob Newman (Karen) of Chillicothe; her niece Teresa Richroath of Mechanicsburg, MD; her nephew Jimmy Cenac (Freda) of Houma, LA; and her close friends, Roy and Fay Hill.
