He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Ray and Frances Anderson Smith; his brother Mark Smith; and his stepmother Eva Smith. He is survived by: his former wife Judith A. Adams; his wife Judy; his son Todd Ray Smith (Michelle) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Reese Elizabeth and Rowan Paul Smith; his siblings, Cindy Deane (Walter) and Tom Smith (Pam) of Chillicothe; and his friends, Golf Course and Randy Post. He is also survived by extended family, several coworkers and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all memorial contributions be sent to Jon's second home, the VA Golf Course, 17273 State Route 104, Chillicothe OH 45601.
