She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Swank and Lena Swank (Boyer); her husband Martin Emil Addy; her sons, John and Edward Addy; and her granddaughter Kimberly.
She is survived by: her sons, Martin Addy (Jeanie) of Grove City, William of Chillicothe and Frank (Lisa) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Tony Addy (Jennifer), Rhonda Malick (Michael), Tom (Amanda), John, Johnita Dyke (Troy) and Kelly Addy; and her daughters-in-law, Jeanie Addy and Dianne Addy. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephew, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
