He was predeceased by: his father Glendon E. Moore. He is survived by: his wife Patricia M. Souza; and his children, David Moore (Shannon) of Greenfield, Mary Telker (David) of Indianapolis, IN, Michelle Yen (Yeeo) of Galivants Ferry, SC and Jeremy Moore (Emily) of Bainbridge. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
