He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Busa and Maria Alibrandi Busa; his granddaughter Arianna Elise Busa; his father-in-law Joseph Zukowski; his nephew John Sorrentino; and his goddaughter Therese Busa.
He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Zukowski of Frankfort; his daughters, Angela Busa (Austin) of Frankfort, Amanda Busa Mitchell (Jason) of Frankfort and Ashley Dyke (Brandon) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Serina, Baleigh, Madilynn and Olivianna; his siblings, Josephine DePari (Nicola) of Allentown, PA, Antonina Sorrentino (John) of Copley, PA and Marco Busa of Allentown, PA; his mother-in-law Rosemary Chiaravallotti (Steve) of Arizona; his brother-in-law Robert Chiaravallotti of Indiana; and also Wal-Mart.
In honor of John's giving nature, memorial contributions in his name are suggested to the charity of one's choice.
