It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Elliott of Frankfort, Ohio, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur W. Elliott and Pauline Elliott (Porter); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Hendrick; his siblings, Donald Elliott and Brenda Swindler; his daughter Elizabeth "Paula" Romans; his sons-in-law, Billy Romans and John Sams; and his grandson Nicholas Romans.

He is survived by: his children, Pamela Givens (Christopher) of Frankfort, Terry Sams of Chillicothe and Scott Elliott (Nancy) of Kingston. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.

“To the Family of Gene Elliott, We are so sorry for your loss. We bought your parents house in Logan and have kept in contact with them through the years. Gene called us when he went the first time for his neck surgery and we went over to visit him. I couldn't get ahold of him so I sent a card out letting him know I couldn't get him on his phone. I just happened to look and see the obituary. We are shocked. May God comfort each of you. We loved your parents. Tony and Christy Eckhart”
