He is survived by: his father Clinton Plume; his wife Vickie Plume; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Savannah, Jace, Samuel, Journee, Zella and Alexander; his siblings, Jean Root, Helen Boeke, Debbie McIntosh, Caroline Loomis, Ann Dee, Kenneth Plume, Wayne Eid and William Plume; and his parents-in-law, James "Bill" Joseph and Betty Nichols.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ware Funeral Home (121 W 2nd St, Chillicothe, OH 45601). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
