He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest M. Ragland and Faywon Wright Ragland; his brother Loren A. Ragland; and his niece Kiah Ragland. He is survived by: his children, Brynne Gravely (R. J.) of Chillicothe and Derek Ragland of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Darius, Daimerion, Keyana and Aviana; and his siblings, Becky Locklear (George) of Oberlin and Walter "Tim" Ragland (Dina Ragland) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
