She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Oren and Marie Crago Martindill; and her siblings, Frances Starkey, Margaret Rohre, Helen Haines, Clarice Black, Patricia "Tootsie" Gaines, Alvin, Russell, Glen, Thomas "Bud" and Eugene Martindill.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Grigsby; her sons, Steven Grigsby (Judy) of Frankfort, E. Wayne Grigsby (Lynette) of Frankfort, Douglas D. Grigsby of Frankfort, Ronald J. Grigsby (Mari) of Frankfort and Jeffrey L. Grigsby (Sandy) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Christopher A., Brian E. Grigsby, Matthew W., Ryan F. Davis, Jeremy A. Grigsby, Katie M. Rose, Timothy R. Grigsby, Stephanie F. Grigsby, Megan E. Lange, Jennifer E. Ost and Alan W. Grigsby; and her sisters, Louise Landrum of New Holland and Wanda Harlan of Washington, C. H.. She is also survived by eighteen great – grandchildren.
