Edna Carter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Carter (Frankfort, Ohio), who passed away on August 26, 2019 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, David S. Oyer and Maggie Spurrier Oyer; her spouse Deane Carter; and her former husband Charles D. Richter. She is survived by: her children, Marilee White of Lebanon and Dennis D. Carter of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Martha Rodger, Hanna, Emrey Carter, Benjamin, Joshua, Andrew and Rebecca White; her great grandchildren, Leona, Hansen, Gideon and Jane; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Glandon of Frankfort, Ethel Carter, Linda Carter of Circleville and Norman "Doc" Carter (Barb) of Frankfort. She is also survived by several nieces, nephew, and great nieces and nephews.
