She was predeceased by: her spouse Wilson Bryan Underwood; her stepmother Irene Penn; her siblings, Ralph Penn (Martha), Louise, Porter, Louree May (Clyde) and Goldie Danes (Raymond); and her half-sister Loretta Leeth.
She is survived by: her sons, Keith Underwood (Shirley) of Frankfort and Bryan Underwood (Marlene) of Chillicothe; her grandchildren, Heather Kendall (Matt), Nathan Underwood (Mary), Samantha and Joseph Underwood; and her great grandchildren, Delanie Brown, Cooper Kendall, Charlotte Underwood, Steve (Beatrice), Larry (Nita), Dana (late Roy) and Patty (Forest).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the National Stroke Association.
