He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl "Bill" Milliken and Ruth Evelyn Jennings Milliken; his grandson Payden Sommers; and his sister Sharon Seekatz. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Michael; his children, John Milliken (Helen) of Frankfort, Dana Anderson (Nick) of Frankfort, Susan Sommers (Tom) of Frankfort and James Milliken (Kathleen) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Zach Schaaf (Chris), Cassie Stout (Andrew), Nickilas Anderson (Taylor), Fletcher Anderson, Brody Anderson, Morgan Anderson (Conner), Tommy Sommers, Jamie Uhrig, Leah Martin (John), Dustin Martin (Melody) and Petchsangrojn of Bangkok Thailand; his brothers, P. J. Milliken (Chris) of Frankfort and Russ Milliken (Barb) of Chillicothe; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Post (Phil) of Lebanon, Anne McGowan of Frankfort, Jenn Michael of Lebanon and Tom Michael (Leonard Hoppes) of Waynesville. He is also survived by many cousins and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ebright Funeral Home (55 Springfield St, Frankfort, OH 45628). A masonic service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:15 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM at the same location.
