He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Richard Stout; his wife Lisa Jo Long; and his brothers, Billie and Terry Stout. He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Stout (Beekman); his brother John Stout (Sandra); his mother-in-law Nancy Long; his siblings-in-law, Angie Stultz (Chad) and Todd Long; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Held, W. John Stout, Elizabeth Saveley, Stephanie Borah and Alex Long.
