He is survived by: his parents, Lynda Sue Johnson and Curtis Jewell Moore Jr. Curtis; his sons, Cloud and Lyric; his sisters, Lisa Moore Partin (Brad), Shannon Moore Charles (Brian) and Annette Walker-Russ (Robert); his nieces, Sara McPherson-Jenkins (Josh), Kama Loren Charles and Janiyah Russ; his great-nephews, Colton, Cash, Cael, Zach and Colby; and his great-niece Avery.
