He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilvey Stamper and Elizabeth Boggs Stamper; his spouse Wildith Faye "Jean" Cook of Scioto County, Ohio.; his children, Rhonda Cheesebrew (Rob), Roderick Stamper (Carol) of Frankfort and Kimberly Harris (Larry) of Canal Winchester, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Ryan Cheesebrew (Beth Boals), Cody (Clay Stamper), Jessie Tichenor and Zachariah (Matthew Harris); his sisters, Imogene Stamper of Roanoke, VA. and Judith Fitch; and his nephew Rodney Stamper. He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
