He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fredrick and Avanelle Maude Eisnaugle Orr; and his sisters, Phyllis E. Ptak and Janet K. Christian. He is survived by: his sons, Keith W. Orr of Columbus and Charles B. Orr of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Kaleb, Carlie, Kelsey, Keith and Charles'; and also Marilyn Orr of Circleville. He is also survived by his grandchildren, two sons, friends.
