He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank S. Foster and Elizabeth I. Jenkins Foster; and his sisters, Viola Cast, Cleo Mason, Marie Althouse and Rosalie Borrell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Foster; and his brothers, Frank L. Foster of Florisant, CO and Ernest Foster of Frankfort. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
