He was predeceased by: his parents, Wales S. Lowe and Myrtle Jane Johnson Lowe. He is survived by: his sister Gloria Case of Frankfort; his niece Rebecca Baker (Michael) of Washington, C. H.; his great-nieces, Jacqueline Baker, Harley Baker and Makenna Baker; his great-nephew Michael Baker; and also Jaxton Coburn.
